Spicy Peanut Sauce

And as I shamelessly reveal in the recipe for my go-to Warm Thai Peanut Salad, spicy peanut cravings really dominate my calendar these days.

Made with just 5 pantry staples and completely customizable to your spice tolerance and desired consistency, there's nothing you won't want to smother in this stuff.
Don't say I didn't warn you.

Makes: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

3 Tbsp soy sauce
-
2 Tbsp maple syrup
-
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
-
2-3 Tbsp sriracha
-
Water, to desired consistency
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. Add water a tablespoon at a time and stir until the desired consistency is reached.

Serve immediately over Asian salads & bowls, brown rice noodles, teriyaki skewers, or my Warm Spicy Thai Peanut Salad. Also serves as a delicious dip for fresh rolls and sushi too.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days and ENJOY!
