Chai Spice Golden Milk
I'm always so torn between creating recipes that are ultra healthy, or appealing to the masses. Ones that require freshly ground roots and pricey kitchen gadgets, or convenient household staples and easy-to-follow directions.

Proud to say this honey-pot is truly the best of both worlds.

Perfectly sweet, anti-inflammatory and low-glycemic, but also affordable, easy to toss together and only one dirty dish required?
I'm seriously feeling like the ultimate wing-woman out here with this intro right now.
